Vince Gassi is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Music in London, Canada. He studied composing and arranging at the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, California. While attending this school he also studied trumpet with the late Dr. Claude Gordon. Mr. Gassi has written works for concert band, jazz bands and combos as well as smaller woodwind and brass ensembles. In addition to performing and composing, Mr. Gassi has taught in both elementary and secondary schools and is currently teaching instrumental music at Mary Ward Catholic Secondary School in Toronto, Canada. |
